I began my career with Rose Health Care in October 2018 as a Customer Service Representative. Since then, I have developed extensive, well-rounded knowledge of the company through hands-on experience across all area of operations. Over the years, I earned my Associates of Applied Science in Business Technology from Coastal Community College and currently pursuing my MBA in Cyber Security through Truett McConnell University. As Operations Manager, I oversee daily operations, manage product purchasing and contribute to the website design and maintenance. I like to remain open-minded and continuously eager to learn. My commitment to continuous learning strengthens the ability to support growth at Rose Health Care as a trusted leader and valuable asset to the team.

I became a part of the Rose Health Care team in December 2021. I currently serve as an Office Assistant and Customer Service Representative. Over the years, my training has given me the knowledge to be able to handle customer relation inquiries, thus providing better service to our clientele. I look forward to learning more in the industry and being a vital team member.
